We back teams on a mission to build a better world.

Our Objective

Empowering companies solving meaningful problems.

For more than two decades, we have partnered with management teams building differentiated businesses with the potential for lasting impact. We focus on companies addressing real-world challenges - where thoughtful execution, capital discipline, and long-term vision can drive sustainable growth and durable returns.

About Us

Unwavering commitment to tailored investment solutions.

Founded in 1998, Bonaventure Capital provides private and public market investment solutions to B. L. Harbert and a select group of aligned investors. While our areas of focus have evolved over time, our commitment to delivering transparent, cost-effective, and tailored investment exposure has remained constant.

In the private markets, we provide growth equity to companies developing value-add technologies and scalable business models.

In the public markets, the firm provides investment advisory services to institutions and high net-worth individuals through separately managed accounts. We offer proprietary alternative income strategies in addition to other portfolio construction and management services.

We seek to invest in companies with:
  • Passionate management teams committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Products and services with strong initial product-market fit as evidenced by customer adoption and revenue traction.
  • An ability to grow organically on a clear pathway to profitability.
